I have been paying my account consistently, I am however getting a message that my account is suspended. The whatsapp bot is not working, when I try to call them directly as well the line I am just fed that music and they never get to answer. Not sure if this is related to the fact that I am cancelling my subscription to their service but this has to be one of the most ********** experience.

Even if this company offered me a years access for free, I'd refuse it
