Supersonic Horrible Service by TSHEPO MOGOERANE

What a very disappointing service from Supersonic. I have been waiting for my refund from 22 August 2025. They kept telling me that they have logged a ticket, then kept closing that ticket. A supervisor by the name of TSHEPO MOGOERANE had the audacity to tell me that they will not assist me any further with a refund since he **** to me about my refund being processed. Till today I am still waiting for a refund. TSHEPO MOGOERANE had promised me that it will be done, this morning he hung up the call after telling me he won't be assisting me any further with my refund that has been due from August.

Even worse this TSHEPO MOGOERANE is a supervisor but cannot handle client queries.
