I paid for an upgrade to 100Mbps, but I’m still stuck at 75Mbps
I’m posting this because I’m tired of paying for an "upgrade" that apparently only exists on my invoice. Back in May 2025, I upgraded my service from 75/75 Mbps to 100/100 Mbps (***). You’ve had no problem charging me the higher rate every month since then, but my actual speeds have never moved. I am still consistently getting around 73–77 Mbps on a LAN cable. I’ve tried to be patient. I’ve logged tickets SST782483 and SST851286 to get this fixed. Instead of actually helping me or checking the line, your team just closes the tickets and moves on. It feels like I'm being charged for a premium service while being left on the old, slower tier. I’m not asking for anything extra—I just want the speed I’ve been paying for since May. What I expect: Actually perform the upgrade: Please fix my line configuration so I see the 100Mbps I pay for. Refund/Credit: I’ve been paying the 100Mbps price for nearly a year while receiving 75Mbps speeds. I expect a credit for that price difference. Better Communication: Stop closing my tickets without talking to me or fixing the problem. I’ve already sent a formal notice of breach. I’d love to get this sorted out today so I don't have to take this to ICASA, but I need someone to actually look at my account and fix the speed cap.
