Extremely poor customer service, go with rain, just ensure on your area coverage though with them

I called them at the end of March to cancel my contract with them, they failed to inform me on the terms and conditions of cancelling the contract and now making it my fault and charged me two months for their failures as a provider....

First they failed to inform their customers that their services are changed from uncapped to capped usage Secondly they want you to pay for services that give continuous problems on a monthly basis Thirdly you are paying for a service that you are not using, even if you've cancelled with them, according to the consumer law they are not allowed to charge you if they have failed to inform you on the terms and conditions....
