Dissatisfied with terrible customer service

1. Their whatsapp is always offline. 2. Customer service support is always busy and keeps us waiting for 15 minutes before receiving service and eventually when call is answered, the person on the other end "does not deal with your query" 3. You get put through to the wrong department and still wait on the line for proper assistance.

Just seems as if no one there knows who and what they are responsible for.

I just needed to do a simple down grade but 3 different people could not assist me. I am still waiting to chat to an agent on whatsapp - it has been 60 minutes since the chat bot (SIA) prompted me to an agent.
