Constant Billing Issues and Zero Accountability

I have never in my life had to deal with this level of incompetence. Constant billing issues. My account is currently suspended even though it's paid up to date. It's a struggle getting someone on the line , I'm currently holding for 20 minutes. I've sent emails and left callback requests. The supervisors are constantly 'in meetings.' Lack of professionalism is an understatement.
