Account suspended services without facts.

I have not enjoyed their services, every month between 18th and 20th I am sent an invoice thereof my internet services is suspended without any reason. I'm sent a text saying I'm overdue whereas I had not yet completed the month. Which means that they still owe me for these month. Should I keep this account for such services?
