wrong delivery adress of 2 WIGS

i ordered 2 wigs over 5000 and they delivered to a wrong address that i did not give them, i told them to send parcel to correct address ,they say i must fetch it myself and mind u i have to pay extra where as my courier was already paid for. i will never ever buy again from these people.Poor service.They dont care about thier clients as long as they have your money.
