Unhappy and disappointed customer

I’m so disappointed with the service of Superlove Hair. Please must be fooled by the reviews, they are terrible people. I bought a weave from them, paid everything in fully and they sent me something totally different from what advertised and bought. The quality of what they sent was extremely poor, the weave was short, thin and shedding a lot. What’s worse is that I have been informing them about this and it’s been 8 days now and no one wants to assist me with the procedure of returning this thing. They only thing they are telling me is that they don’t do refunds and yet they don’t want to assist me with exchange either. They are ****ming people with **** video and pictures of quality weaves they don’t have.
