******* through bogus delivery methods

I ordered a hairpiece online, provided my delivery address. I then received a WhatsApp text telling me that they will use PostNet I should give my nearest branch. When I followed up a day later they gave me a tracking number for aramax which just indicated the destination of the goods to be Durban. After 2days the item was delivered somewhere in Durban and a positive identity had been provided - which was not mine. Basically they ****** me of my money using a bogus tracking system instead of directly delivering to my home address. When I follow up and giving a one star review on their site they keep asking how can they help and I tell the story then it hangs there.
