Poor quality

I recieved my hair last week and never checked because I was busy . I got the shock of my life when I saw the hair , it was thin as if they had removed some of the hair when you brush it the hair comes out ....very very poor quality.....it's not as per what they advertise. I'm so disappointed with their product never again and I won't recommend their hair to anyone.
