Poor hair, poor communication

Bought a wig from Superlove and honestly, what a disappointment. The hair was way thinner than what’s advertised, not even close to the fullness you see online. It felt misleading from the start.

I reached out for a refund or exchange, as clearly stated on their website, and that’s when the excuses started. Suddenly the wig is “good quality according to their standards.” Well, it’s definitely not according to mine, or what was promised.

The moment I pushed back, they just disappeared. Completely ghosted. No resolution, no accountability.

The glowing comments all over their social media don’t feel genuine at all. It looks like they’re bought or filtered, because the actual experience tells a very different story.

Would not recommend. Save your money!!!
