Pathetic weave

These people are ******** 😡 DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I purchased a 20 inch water wave. The weave doesn’t even reach the shoulders. The closure is totally different from the rest of the hair. I’ve emailed them numerous times and they don’t respond.
