😡Misleading product, poor service – demanding refund!!!

I ordered a 20-inch ReadytoGo wig, but what I received is a huge disappointment firstly it requires me to cut the lace myself 😞. It’s thin, light(wispy), and shockingly even way shorter than my old 16-inch wig making it impossible to wear out in public😩. I asked for delivery to my work address, but they sent it via PostNet without my consent . The wig is terrible, I raised this concern with the seller, but they insist it meets their “measurement standards,” which is unacceptable. Extremely frustrated with both the product and service 😤. Communication from the seller has been slow and dismissive. I am unhappy with both the product and service, and I am demanding a full refund. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate further! ⚠️
