I bought hair and paid R2499 but realized that I didn't want 4x4 then use their whatapp number to query if I could change the hair then they agreed and I received the hair then checked it then I was happy with the hair and I send it back using Postnet same way I received it but the problem was when they return the hair is was **** and not the same texture as the first one and when I complain no1 is assisting me with sending the correct hair or give me back my money, May you please help me please
