Lovely pink packaging, but sadly, the product didn’t live up to expectations

I purchased the 4x4 HD Transparent Lace Closure Deep Wave Wig with Baby Hair, but unfortunately, the item I received didn’t match the description on the website.

The wig was missing the advertised baby hair, and one of the tracks on the side was visibly exposed, which really compromises the look and quality. It feels like I received the wrong wig altogether.

I contacted the company about it, since they state they have a 7–14 day return policy, but I haven’t heard back. It’s disappointing because their delivery was very fast, and I’d seen lots of positive reviews from other customers. I’m saddened that my own experience hasn’t lived up to those expectations.
