False adverti*****t. Very unhappy

I placed an order and paid R2762.50 for a 22-inch Brazilian hair wig with Super love Hair for reference number Superlove#11844, Glueless Ear to Ear Lace Front Wigs Superlove Hair Pre Plucked Hairline and the following was observed: The hair does not have volume as per the photo on the website. The hair received does not even match their description. The videos on their Facebook page showed the hair on their website, it has volume and it looked flawless. I fell in love with it. I am not happy with the volume as it seems that 2 bundles were used, the closure is grey and the way it is so few I am not impressed at all. This is false adverti*****t and as a first-time customer I am disappointed. I sent a message on whatsapp to query about it and was advised that this is a different batch, but they are all the same. I don't think I will buy hair from them anymore as it is clear they advertise one thing then get something you didn't pay for. It seems that they are not even willing to fix the error. This is so poor customer service.
