False advertising

I'm very unhappy with the product I received from superlove hair. They advertised a bob with full range of motion , a bob!!! but what I received was a poorly cut short kind of item that is centre part. Even when I communicate with them they tell me to oil it down or use a hot comb!!!! It's not a bob
