Ordered a wig from superlovehair.com and got an SMS that my package arrived at Postnet. I was shocked because I thought they would deliver to my house but clearly not. In fact, they delievered my wig to a Postnet ACROSS TOWN when there is one 0,5km from my house !!! I contacted the business to resolve the issue and send the wig to my Postnet as they clearly made a mistake. The business told me they would sort it out with the courier and send it to my Postnet as requested. After a few days had passed without me receiving amy wig or any notification from the courier company I asked for a refund. THEY REFUSED even though I did not receive my wig and confirmed with the original Postnet that the wig is still at their location !!! Meaning that the seller blatantly **** and no arrangments were made to pick it up. To make matters worse I was also IGNORED and LEFT ON READ by them on whatsapp. DO NOT BUY from superlovehair.com ! IT IS A **** AND THEY HAVE ******* CUSTOMER SERVICE! It appears they only send influencers their wigs and give the rest of us nonsense !
