Bad service- poor product quality

Firstly, I provided a delivery address but my order was delivered at postnet and when I queried about it I was told that “ Dear, this is not door-to-door delivery. You need to go to the site to pick it up.” and when I asked why it’s not disclosed on their website they said “ Honey, this is random. If you want to deliver the goods to your door, you can tell me in advance.” like what?? Then when I went to pick up the hair at a postnet which their working hours are exactly the same as the hours I do at work and was impossible to get there early the hair is not the same as the one in the picture on their website, and when I read their pamphlet it’s stated there that they will take R400 off my order for a refund which is a ridiculous price. Don’t buy hair from this place if you are from SA. Their service and product is terrible
