Still waiting for a phone 2 months after my upgrad

I upgraded my contract in early January. I call Altech nearly every single day and 2 months after the upgrade I still don't have a phone. Every person promises to call back and never does. Now I am told they have received no phones since January at all and they still cannot provide me with a phone. What bad service and lack of customer service
