POOR SERVICE - PUTS PHONE DOWN ON CUSTOMERS

I needed to phone in again to try and get my latest invoice as it was not sent through to me. I did not get the service consultants name but this speciman had such a bad attitude. Before I could finish complaining she put the phone down on me. Obviously their admin is useless and their staff suck. I now need to consider other service providers.
