NOT SENDING INVOICES

For the second month in a row I have had to waste time phoning to get an invoice. I have now been told that they have problems in sending invoices so basically we are not being provided with them. There is an option on their website to download an invoice but to is in an aspx format. What is that? Why not Pdf? Surely if they are debitting me they are required to provide me with an invoice?
