Cell C pathetic customer service

My WiFi had been down for môre thank a week. I have contacted when on numeriously. My only response is that my query will be forwarded to the relevant department. No one has phoned me since Tuesday or arrange for Vumatel to come and fix the problem. Their customer service is pathetic!
