Trading company

On the 9th December 2016 I deposited an amount of R25 000 to Altcoin Trader for the company (SUPERBIT) that trade under Altcoin Trader. Altcoin Trader has all the details of SUPERBIT as they are their client.

A few days after I have deposited the money, I was told that there are problems with the company we might lose our monies, I immediately went to my bank to request them to reverse the money back to my account, it was Saturday the 7th day after I have deposited the money.

While I am still waiting for my bank to respond, I also wrote to Superbit to ask Altcoin Trader to refund me back because I am no longer interested to use Superbit and I'm not comfortable because of the fights between the owner of the company and his partner. The owner agreed to refund me before end of this week, but that never happened.

I then wrote an email myself to Altcoin Trader requesting a refund and their response was that they are not responsible I must contact SUPERBIT to give me my refund.

I contacted the owner again to say Altcoin Trader says they are not responsible I must contact him, the response was "I do want to refund you but the account is blocked by Altcoin Trader.

I then wrote back to Altcoin Trader and demanding my refund and their response was "they have blocked SUPERBIT 's account.

I then received a call from my bank telling me that Altcoin Trader is refusing to return my money as I asked them to reverse the money back to my account.

I again sent an email to Altcoin Trader asking them that because they said they were not responsible in that account so why are they refusing to release the money if they really not responsible, so I needed a clarity on what grounds they refusing to give back my money.

Altcoin Trader responded to saying that the company Superbit has withdrawn some of the money in their account, however there is some money that is left in the account.

I then sent an email again to Altcoin Trader, I asked them many questions that they could not answer, their response after all the sweat they said "ok please ask the owner of SUPERBIT to write an email to us, an email that is giving a permission for Altcoin Trader to refund me.

I indeed send the email to the owner of SUPERBIT he agreed that he will send the email i must send him my account details and proof of payment for myself up liner as well. I did send everything he requested, then I waited and waited, but there was nothing in my account.

I then contacted the owner of SUPERBIT this morning and he told me another story that "Altcoin Trader won pay any refunds until the 16th of Jan 2017.

My point here these two companies are playing games with people, they owe a lot of people thousands of rands.

Altcoin Trader has got my money I deposited my money to them, and the bank that I have deposited to, confirmed that the money is with Altcoin Trader hence I wrote to Altcoin Trader asking for my money.

Between the two companies they know the truth behind they just playing games with me and I don't want to be part of the game that they playing i just want them to refund me then I won't bother them again.

This is sooo painful and frustrating, it's Christmas time and I have nothing on my pocket, the kids don't have food and in January they won't have money for school uniform. My heart is bleeding please assist.

My refund is R25 000

My up liner'so refund is R5000

The total amount will be R30 000.

Altcoin Trader confirmed that they do have money left in the account they can refund me if the owner of SUPERBIT can give them a go ahead.

Regards

Siphokazi
