Your service sucks Superbalist!

Placed an order, delivery should have occurred today the 01/03/2018....called the support center only to be told 5 different stories by 5 different consultants. This was my first and most certainly my last order from Superbalist...the last consultant just really didn’t care, she gave me more reasons why nothing could be done and absolutely no solution...oh wait the solution was to just re-order the goods when I come back from my holiday...even after I said that the goods were ordered for use on my holiday?!!!!! ??♀️??♀️??♀️ Told by three of the consultatnts that they would call me back...didn’t happen. Only one of the consultants tried to assist! Now after I tell you guys that I’m not going to be around tomorrow to collect the goods...I get a sms to say the goods will be delivered tomorrow by 5pm...who exactly do you expect to collect the goods if I am leaving on my holiday tomorrow morning...the goods which I did order for my freaking holiday???????? Such dismal service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
