You have just lost a customer forever

If I could give a zero star I would, because you dont even deserve the 1 star i was forced to give! I am so angry! It is my birthday today...and received confirmation this morning shortly after 8 that my package will be delivered today before 5pm. I was home THE ENTIRE DAY and then I get a message saying nobody opened the door and delivery has now been shifted to MONDAY!!! I have tried phoning your office spoke to THREE different people who promised that they would call the Brackenfell delivery team and tell them to come back. I have just received another message confirming that since its after 3 already they will only deliver on Monday!!! I AM NOT HAPPY AND I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN SUPPORT THIS CIRCUS OF A PLACE. Thank you so much for spoiling my BIRTHDAY!!!! YOU SUC****
