You have just lost a customer

I have bought 2 times from superbalist the first order everything went very well and delivery was on time.Then I wanted to return a product and they were suppose to come o Last week Friday but they didn't and they didn't even reschedule they just kept quiet.i made another purchase and they were suppose to come today but they didn't come and they didn't and they didn't even bother to tell me that they were not coming ,iam so disappointed in you guys
