You can't return goods

<p>We bought my daughter an Instax Camera from Superbalist as well as 5 boxes of Instax Colour films. 2 x Mini and 3 x Wide films. When we received the items we realised that the colour film is specific for the type of Camera you have, you get a mini or a wide type camera so we could not use the 3 x boxes colour instax films as it does not fit in the mini camera.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we contacted Superbalist we were told that we could not return the items. We now have three boxes of wide Instax film to the value of over R360 that we can't use and can't get a refund on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Are companies allowed to do this as I was under the impression that the consumer act states that we have up to 6 months to return unwanted items?</p> <p> </p> <p>Be aware when buying from Superbalist.com, they won't refund you on unwanted items.</p> <p> </p>
