You can not trust this company

I am sooo dissapointed in Superbalist. I ordered shoes from them and they delivered the next day! Sad to say when I fit tge shoes on a tiled floor it was to big and I took it off immediately and placed them back in tge box. I informed them that the shoes needs to be returned and again they came to collect the shoes the following morning. It has been a week now...and all of a sudden I get a phone call that they can not refund my money and want to send the shoes back to me since their warehouse decided that the product is not sellable anymore and damaged. I could not believe wghat the lady told me....How is it possible? I fitted the shoes on a tiled clean floor and immediately placed them back in the box to return? They send me pictured of stones and leaves sticking on the bottom of the shoes! My question is ....how can that be my shoes since I NEVER walk anywhere with it???? Is this their way of making money and not pay refunds by maybe taking pictures of previous shoes they got that was really damaged? I will NEVER be able to trust these people ever again ...I will also share this story on all Social media platforms to warn people of this " trustworthy " company! I want my moeny back ...Or maybe the courier company people attended a party with my shoes over the weekend after picking up the shoes from me? I need answers asap.
