Wrong size, twice.. @superbalist

I am so disappointed with superbalist. I ordered nike sneakers which they say is genuine leather but to my surprise they are plastic. To make matters worse they sent me the wrong size. I requested them to come exchange it. They did but again they sent me the same wrong size again.. I now wonder if I'll ever get the correct size.. They dont even call nor answer my phones
