Wrong size

I’m a very irate who will soon be deactivating her Superbalist account if my issue again doesn’t get sorted out to my satisfaction. On the 20th of August I ordered Gstar flip flop size 3/4 order number ***9 an incorrect size was delivered size 39/40 I then did an exchange and further wrote on the notes that the incorrect size was delivered. Order number ***1 arrived today same incorrect big size ? ??? I have been phoning the contact centre like a mad woman as I need these exchanged ASAP because I’m going on holiday on Thursday.Contact centre I spoke to Connie who said I must send pictures of the incorrect order,2 hours later still no response/feedback As much as it wouldn’t sadden me to do this if I do not get the same color with the correct size as a refund or taking another colour is not a solution for me I will deactivate my account because this wrong delivery thing is becoming an issue lately with Superbalist my husband and sister are currently having the same issue!!
