Wrong Shoe Size delivered AGAIN | Is Superbalist.com a ****?

2 months ago I ordered Crocks on Superbalist and they sent me the wrong Shoe Size. This was my very first order with them and I informed them of my disappointment and finally got my money back after several weeks.

Last week I decided to to try them again but I also emailed them to ask them to ensure that the correct shoe size gets delivered this time. Delivery just came, wrong shoe size AGAIN. Tried calling the Call Center, it says they are only available from 8am to 5pm during the week. It is 3:20pm now??

Can someone please confirm, is Superbalist.com actually a **** that just takes your money and deliver wrong orders?
