Wrong shoe delivered

I ordered a pair of shoes, that my daughter has been begging me to get. The order came early, but it's the wrong shoe. It doesn't remotely resemble the sneaker I ordered. I would have understood if it was a different color but the same sneaker. The person who selected this sneaker didn't even bother to look at what I ordered. Their service has deteriorated over the years... Highly disappointed, they ruined my surprise...
