Wrong shoe color and lack of communication

I have ordered an Alba rose gold heel only to receive a white color shoes instead of gold I then logged a return for this shoe after a day I went online to check the status of this order and the return was cancelled without me knowing I did not receive a call from them regarding and no email no communication at all I then sent an email trying to explain and did not receive any reply or assistance then I called this morning only to be told that on the return logged I did not attach the right shoe and no one bothered to tell and from the word go they are the ones who sent me a wrong shoe now they don't have the decency to call me and arrange that I upload the right photo. I am so disappointed with the service I got from them even the lady who was attending to me was not helpful Ziyanda is her name. I am so unhappy with this it has coursed me so much inconvenience.
