Wrong products, poor service delivery

I 10 items only to receive 2 items that i ordered which is the tshirt and one grey tracksuit, i ordered a puffer jacket from h&m only to receive a bomber, secondly i ordered 3 tracksuits from h&m only to receive 2 no name tracksuits with no name tags, i didn’t receive my jean, and all jerseys yet i paid, adidas tshirt i also didn’t receive. i sent them an email on the 3rd after receiving those products till date they haven’t responded. I sent emails to them to let them know that i am still awaiting response, they decided to keep quiet.
