Wrong product, wrong size.

I ordered a big rug and not only did they send the wrong rug but they sent a smaller size too. I believe they peddle the wrong orders knowingly just to get rid of stock. And then you either have to decide to go through the draining return process or decide to keep the wrong thing. They bank on the latter.
