Wrong product of the same thing twice

I am so disappointed with Superbalist, in actual fact I am annoyed and irritated. I have been using them for year but now in 2025 they have seriously dropped the ball and misbehaving. They keep delivering the wrong items even after I have complained and now I am actually requesting for refund because they have failed dismally with exchanging 🤬
