Wrong product advertised, wastes times with delivery

I ordered 2 chairs from Superbalist that was on sale. I had to take the day of work to be there for the delivery. After a whole day they rescheduled. I had to take off another day - they delivered the wrong chairs.

After investigation I figured out that they have the wrong picture uploaded on their website and also the wrong reviews. The description is very general so it would be impossible for me to know that it was not correct.

I contacted them and they said to log a return. Nothing about imvestigating their wrong representation or giving me the correct chair.

I took off on Monday to wait for the delivery person, I missed her call because I was on another call at that moment so no return (annoying but can accept I didn't anwer straight away). Thursday she came to pick up the chairs in a small Gholf filled with parcels - one chair couldn't even fit into her door. So she left and order was rescheduled. Wednesday I take off work again, every time losing wages and a day off. I get a message that it will be rescheduled.

I called customer service for help, they said they would investigate. Still no call back.

I do not have more days to take off. I do not have the chairs I really wanted and was excited for. I lost money on this order so even of they refund me, it doesn't make up for 4 days wasted.

The sad thing is that this isn't the first time they did this to me. I ordered a carpet last year in January and they cancelled delivery 3 times. I avoided buying from them but thought it was just a bad luck for me. Guess it is the standard.
