Wrong parcel

I’ve never had a problem with shopping at Superblist, up until I ordered a shirt from them and they sent the wrong shirt, I called and wrote an email they said the shirt I want is Out of stock. What I don’t understand why didn’t they mention or update that it’s out of stock
