Wrong orders

I bought a pair of dusty pink loafers couple of weeks ago, order was cancelled without any notification instead I was sent yellow ones. Last week bought an orange dress and yesterday I received an order of a wrong colour. I called in to query this order only to be told that it could be that the incorrect item was barcoded and they can't exchange because the one I initially ordered is now sold out. Service is just horrible!
