Wrong Order SUPERBALIST

I ordered a pair of sneakers last year December 2023, they delivered a wrong size i did not report or send them back i sold them at a 100 less to someone..i ordered again month end July 2024 ..they delivered a wrong order, i sent them an email advising them of a wrong order till today they have not collected the shoes or delivered my shoes..please assist i dont know whom to contact..
