Wrong order delivered to me and now i cant recieve my order before christmas

<p>So i ordered a dress for me on sunday , paid for it via credit card and expected delivery stated to me was firday the 23rd december. Yesterday i got a sms from them saying that it will be delivered the very same day before 17:00. I received the order and when i opened the box i saw that its the incorrect order. What is the point of online shopping to avoid the Q's just to get nad service like this? </p> <p>i want my order to be delivered before sunday , they already have my money!</p> <p>Its not even about the money its the fact that i now have to go to a shop to go look for something else. pathetic.
