Wrong order delivered

I ordered a fossil watch on Superbalist. When the order arrived, it was in the correct packaging but the watch was not the one I ordered. I logged a return, they came to collect the parcel. They also acknowledged that it’s they’ve received it but they have went quiet since then. The watch was a present. I am so disgusted by the way Superbalist is handling their business. I want a refund!!!! GIVE ME MY REFUND ****MERS
