Wrong order delivered

I decided to order something for the first time on Superbalist on the 30th of October, it's a gift for my wife as her birthday is on the 3rd of November. I was delighted to get a confirmation that my order would be delivered a day before the big day. To my surprise I received the order today, wow great service right, wrong. I opened my order and find out they delivered a completely wrong pair of shoes in an old looking torn out box. I called the call center and they tell me they will collect the shoes and give me the right ones on Monday or Tuesday, now I have to fork out more money so I can buy another gift. Completely unsatisfied, I'm not seeing myself order again.
