Wrong order delivered

I placed an order on the 25th November #*** and it was delivered on the 27th November, it was a blouse, dress and a pair of earrings.

I only received the earrings and they then sent me a notification that they will be sending the outstanding items. They then sent me the same pair r of earrings. After numerous emails with the call centre, I still haven't received my blouse and dress and I am still waiting for them to collect the additional earrings I received after logging the return request.

I've been requesting feedback on this issue for the past few weeks and I have even requested them to refund me for the outstanding items but still haven't received any feedback from them.
