Wrong item shipped

I ordered sneakers on superbalist and received a diary instead of the sneakers

I called and spoke to multiple consultant's and gave them my number and they confirmed they can see the number on the system as well every time the line cuts no one calls me back

This is a real inconvenience because I ordered the items before time so I can have it before I go on holiday and than this happens I am very disappointed at this putrid service from Superbalist

The one lady who put me on hold told me this will take 10 days to be exchanged they have no remorse for the error they made after I told her I urgently need it done can they pick up the item and drop a new pair of sneakers she said she will put me through to management and made me hold for over 10 minutes and dropped the line
