Wrong item sent with no communications provided about out of stock order!

A friend strongly recommended buying shoes from Superbalist because they had a good range and good deals. I ordered a pair of Superga sneakers in grey and uk size 8. The delivered a blue uk size 7. When I went back to request an exchange, the item showed out of stock. It was blatently disregarding to send a item I did not order without any form of decent communication and expect it to quietly fit into my life? A pathetic first time experience with Superbalist and I will not be interested in excuses or buying from you again.
