Wrong Item Received ,irate disappointed, frustated

Very angry and frustrated Customer,no more purchasing from Superbalist. I logged exchange request leaving the item which was wrong and not in good condition with Take a lot Pick up point at 11 Pomona Street. On 1 May till today I am not getting help
