Wrong item received

I recently ordered 2 hoodies(branded) worth R1790 only to receive a dress from H&M worth R429 which I returned the following after my return was approved. Until this day I haven’t received my refund and all they are doing is give me run around but no straight answers. I need my money for other things since they failed to deliver.
